About Maizie

Hello, I'm Maizie, a postpartum doula, mother of two, and future lactation consultant based in North Chesterfield, VA! As a nighttime postpartum doula, I am passionate about nurturing families through the newborn season through providing infant care, taking care of infant-related dishes and laundry, and providing notes on infant care in order to tailor everything to your family's needs. Making sure you get good rest, knowing your baby is in good hands through the night, is my highest priority! As a postpartum doula, I bring your baby to you when they need to nurse or bottle feed baby, depending on your needs, then do all burping, diaper changes, etc. while you rest, and can fetch snacks for you if needed, too! I keep a full timeline of how the night went with your infant, so you can track feedings, diaper changes, etc and observe your infants patterns when with me - every minute is accounted for!
