About Claire

I have over three years of childcare experience and have cared for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens. I've worked with families of all sizes and am comfortable caring for one to two children at a time. I also have experience with after-school pickups and helping with afternoon routines. I'm happy to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly Pomona. Previously, I worked as a lifeguard counselor at a marine water camp, where I supervised children from kindergarten through middle school and taught water and boating safety. I am creative, friendly, and reliable, and I communicate openly with parents by providing regular updates via text or phone call, based on your preference. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and love engaging kids in a variety of activities, from outdoor sports to board games. I am also First Aid trained.
