Claire cared for our infant once a week after I went back to work, and she was delightful. We were really impressed with her ability to get him to nap when he was going through a sleep regression - she stayed patient and let him do contact naps when he needed them. She also watched our toddler a couple times, and he loved her. She even helped me with a kitchen disaster once.
