About Claire

Hello! My name is Claire, and I'm an honors college students studying backstage theater in NYC. Learning is a journey, and I'm excited to be a part of yours. I have a deep love for learning and inspiring it in others. I went to a highIy rigorous high school and graduated cum laude with four 5's and two 4's on the AP exams, and I'm a national merit scholar. That said, I know how much work school and homework can take, and I hope to give my students the tools they can use to succeed. I have experience babysitting and I've worked with and cared for people of all ages due to my theater work. I tutor Math, English, Test Preparation, and Latin, and I vary my teaching strategies to suit your individual learning style, which we can learn and build together. I have practice tutoring all ages thanks to helping my younger sister with her homework since she was very little. While math problems may be difficult, and essays may be tiring, I love the sense of accomplishment we find when we get there.
