About Ciomara

Hi, my name is Ciomara and I am a recent university graduate. I attended College, graduating in 2023 with a Bachelors of Arts in forensic psychology and a minor in counseling. I have been working with children since 2021 in a variety of settings; museums, child care facilities, foster care organizations, schools, etc. I believe that every child deserves an amazing childhood, a childhood in which they can grow, ask questions without fear, and feel safe and loved. Most recently, I worked in two different homes as an autism direct support professional. As a DSP, I established and maintained routines for the children providing them with a variety of educationally enriching activities and moments to practice important social skills. Outside of work, I love to lift at the gym, go on hikes, cook dinner with my partner, and watch movies! Currently, I am working as a behavioral technician at an ABA clinic part-time. I am in the process of becoming a certified RBT.
