I have worked as a DCP paid for the past year assisting intellectually disabled individuals all ages with daily tasks getting up out of bed some individuals had hoyer lifts, getting dressed, showering, preparing meals to specific needs and assisting eating , helping with using the bathroom or changing adult diaper assisting with their programs taking them to doctors appointments and doing hospital stays with them also doing their 30 minute logs prior experience to that I took care of my grandfather for 10+ years he was a double amputee and I assisted him with everything that I previously stated please if you have any questions at all ask me
