About Serena

Serena was truly a blessing to our family. She recently cared for my elderly grandmother, and from day one she exceeded every expectation we had. She is one of the most compassionate, dependable, hardworking, and trustworthy people we’ve ever met. Serena treated my grandmother with incredible patience, kindness, dignity, and respect, always making sure she felt comfortable, safe, and cared for. She has an amazing work ethic, is always punctual, attentive, and goes above and beyond without ever being asked. It was clear that caregiving isn’t just a job for herit’s her calling. She became like family to us, and knowing my grandmother was in her care gave us complete peace of mind. The only reason we had to part ways was because our family relocated. If we hadn’t moved, Serena would still be our caregiver today. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have someone as dedicated, compassionate, and exceptional as Serena caring for their loved one.
