About Cierra

Hi my name is Cierra! I've been caring for seniors outside of my family since 2013, and over the years I've developed a true passion for helping others. I'm a compassionate, reliable caregiver who takes pride in providing respectful, patient-centered care. I have experience with hospice care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, and supporting individuals living with ALS and MS, I am trained in diabetics and medication management. I'm also trained in using equipment such as Hoyer lifts manual and mechanical and slide boards. I've completed multiple trainings focused on health conditions and proper caregiving techniques, so I'm comfortable working with a variety of needs. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment while helping clients maintain their dignity and independence. Building trust and meaningful connections with those I care for is very important to me. I currently hold my CPR/FirstAid/AED, medication aid and CNA license.
