Hello my name is Jolisa and making a positive impact on the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. For the past 16 years, I've provided comprehensive care, including respite, transportation, hospice, and home health services. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm skilled in personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia support, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and communicate with families through written reports, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferences. I have a college degree and current CPR and First Aid certifications. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
