Ciera (Ms. CiCi) is amazing! We took our two kids (4 years and 9m) out of daycare for her. My daughter who is very social says she never wants to go back to daycare. She gets sad on days Ms. Cici doesn't come to play. She is very passionate about making sure my daughter learns letters, numbers, and good manners. My daughter has ADHD and can be a handful but Ms. Cici is great at redirecting her. She's very helpful around the house with picking up. She is very respectful of your wishes for things to teach our children and how to handle situations. After an incident where my daughter hit her, she handled the situation perfectly like we would have and made sure she gave us details about the incident. She makes sure to keep us well informed about when, what, and how much they eat, as well as what they learn that day. We have nanny cameras and honestly never use them because we feel so comfortable and assured with her watching our children.
