Ciana made herself available, on a last minute request, to watch our 5 year old daughter on a Sunday afternoon. She is the first, outside of family/close friends, to watch our daughter. She made us feel very comfortable by allowing us to get to know her before we left and kept in contact with us, giving little updates and such, during the time we were out. I would definitely hire Ciana again.
