With over 13 years of child care of child care experience, I was thrilled when I became a certified ABA therapist and started working with autistic children! I am reliable, happy to be outside, and patient. My goal is to help make your life easier, knowing your kids are in safe hands. Having my own 7-year-old neurospicy daughter, I see first hand the importance of consistency and having a routine while also remaining flexible. (We have all had those parenting moments where things just aren't going as planned!) I love having child-lead play and providing options throughout the day! It's a great way to build their confidence while helping them learn boundaries and exploring the world around them. Seeing the world through their eyes makes everything far more magical! Kayla is a fantastic sitter. She is prompt and reliable. Kayla watched our daughter from around 18 months until she was just over 2 years old and our daughter ran to her when she arrived. Kayla does an excellent job of offering choices to keep our daughter on track and they spent countless hours going for walks and playing outside. The only reason we are no longer using Kayla is because we were able to get a full-time spot at our daycare.
