Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for. My background is in community organizing, including supporting families within my community with caretaking support as needed. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I have prior experience caring for children ages 3-12, and I am comfortable caring for up to three children. I communicate with parents at pickup, provide regular updates via text or phone call, and follow their preferred communication method. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I am willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and other sundry light housekeeping tasks.
