About Chrysta

I have a great sense of humor. I love to help find the joy in life and share that with the ones I see every day I like caring for seniors because they have so much joy to share and so many life experiences just waiting to be let out. I find that keeping them as active as possible and letting them do as much as possible for themselves is reward enough. I started caring for seniors years ago as a CNA. After that I realized I could help them so much more on a private level. I could help them stay more physically active, help with physical therapy, and aftercare surgery. I found that it was better for me and them I like to play with my 2 German Shepherds. We walk about 5 miles a day and play some soccer out back. I like to keep you as active as possible. My skills are in patients with Parkinson's, Dementia, and Alzheimer's.
