About Christy

My first experience working with young people was as a dance teacher and drama coach. I thrive on being creative. In college, I studied psychology with a minor in elementary education. Upon graduation, I taught special education for Marlborough Public Schools. While working with young people on the autism spectrum, I found The Creative Connection, a fun, no pressure, supportive creative arts program designed for children with ASD. Since then, I have worked for several high profile families with children both on and off the autism spectrum. In 2013, I branched out to newborns and infants and have now worked as a nanny with every age group in Boston, Pittsburgh, and Oakland County. I have formed some precious bonds with some hilariously fun kiddos! I enjoy celebrating milestones, watching personalities emerge and fostering budding talent. I have a great sense of humor, tremendous patience and a genuine passion for children. My nanny rate starts at $18 an hour.
