About Shannon

Hello! My name is Shannon. I am 23 and have 4 years of experience in childcare. I began my childcare journey in 2020 as a behavior technician teaching and caring for children on the autism spectrum. Shortly after, I began babysitting as well. With a speciality in teaching motor, vocal, and life skills for children ages 1-17, I am also CPR and first aid certified. Experienced with babies ages 6mo-1yr. I am a passionate, caring, kind person with great communication skills and the ability to be flexible and accommodating! I'd describe my personality as bubbly, intelligent, and organized I like working with kids because I love discovering their personalities and interests while aiding in development and watching them reach various milestones. I love providing a fun and safe environment and making every day a new adventure. In my spare time, I like to read, write, paint, draw, and volunteer at the animal shelter.
