About Christy

Hi! I'm Christy! I'm an energetic, loving mom of two grown boys who enjoys being around kids. While I've worked for several years as a teacher's aide in the classrooms of Portola Valley and Palo Alto, I've most recently worked as a youth leader and mentor with the Boys and Girls Club, Redwood City. I've also worked as an assistant soccer coach teaching 2-4-year-olds the basic skills of playing soccer. Being a mom was the most rewarding job I have ever had and I would enjoy working with children in some capacity. I believe that children only know what we teach them and should to be treated as individuals. I consider it an honor to help navigate and redirect them into becoming loving, responsible, kind, adventurous little humans while simultaneously supporting them in exploring the world around them. I love animals and I can help with travel, party planning, household chores, swimming supervision or whatever you may need to help simplify your day!
