About Christy

With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, I have dedicated my career to nurturing and guiding young children. I have taught preschool, kindergarten, and 4th grade, and I also owned and operated my own nature-based preschool, fostering a love for learning through outdoor exploration. For the past few years, I have been a nanny for two sets of twins, caring for infants and toddlers and supporting their developmental milestones. Now, as an empty nester, I am seeking a part-time position working with children, preferably from birth to preschool age. My passion lies in creating engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences that support children's growth in a loving, enriching environment. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, gardening, and being outdoors. I bring warmth, experience, and a deep understanding of early childhood development to every role I take on.
