Hello! My name is Samy and I recently moved to Wilmington and am looking to work in the area! At VCU, I was a special education major and spent a lot of time learning about special needs. I am the oldest of 4 siblings, with my youngest brother being on the spectrum for autism. Because of this, I have learned the necessary behavioral therapy and understanding to care for children with developmental disorders. In High School I completed an Early Childhood and Teacher Cadet course, both of which prepared me for the field of childcare. I was a Registered Behavioral Technician for some time and am CPR and First Aid certified. Along with my qualifications, I love children and would love the opportunity to be their caretaker!
