About Christine

Hello. My name is Christine, and I am looking to become a senior companion. Though I have never been paid to be a senior companion, I have enjoyed the company of, and cared for several. Years ago when I was attending college, I had to work full time over the summer. I accepted a position working in the office at a nursing home. Most of my lunch breaks were spent sitting with a couple of seniors I took a liking to, and we would laugh and eat, and I was able to hear about their lives. More recently, during the covid years, I would regularly visit with my friend's mother-in-law who was living with them. We would do puzzles, take the occasional drive, and talk about everything. I would also prepare snacks for her. Lastly, I also provided care for my own aging parents. I am a naturally compassionate person and would enjoy the company of your loved one. Thank you.
