I'm a mom of two (21, 14), and I have worked with individuals (with and without disabilities) in public schools, respite care, church, and youth programs for over 20 years. I have over two years of combined experience as an in-home nanny/caregiver for infants and toddlers, as well as care for a high school student with autism and Down syndrome. I also have a PhD in special education and use my knowledge and expertise to help children reach their communication, social, and behavioral milestones. I'm more than happy to follow each child's schedule for feeding, napping, playing, learning, tummy time, diapering/potty training, and any other needs. I tidy up throughout the day and before you arrive home from work, and I always like to help with dishes or child laundry during the week.

Christy is an absolute gem! She is reliable, smart, and dependable. She is also super friendly and easy to communicate with. After she leaves she sends a run down of the day along with some amazing pics from the day. My kids love her and will be sad when they don’t see her all the time. I would ask her to stay forever if the kids weren’t going off to daycare. If you get Christy as your nanny, you are one lucky family.
