About Christine

Hi! My name is Christine. Three words that describe my personality are energetic, patient, and dependable. I am the oldest of eight children, which inspired my passion for childcare. I began working with kids in 2019, caring for newborns, infants, toddlers, and school-age children. I enjoy working with kids because I love helping them learn, grow, and feel supported in a safe and positive environment. I'm very hands-on and enjoy outdoor play, arts and crafts, and baking. I also have experience caring for children with special needs, including Down syndrome, and have volunteered with foster children. I am looking for babysitting or part-time childcare opportunities with families who value trust and communication, while gaining experience toward my long-term goal of opening a daycare for children with special needs. I can assist with cooking, light cleaning, and pet care. My top three childcare skills are multi-child supervision, engaging activities, and compassionate care.
