I took care of her for 5 years before she passed. I helped take care of my father in law when he developed Alzheimer's. I took care of a wonderful man with Alzheimer's for about a year. Most recently I was a caregiver to a lovely woman who was bedridden due to a stroke. I have been married for almost 34 years and have 4 amazing adult children. I have a Masters in counseling with a background in psychology, nutrition and eating disorders.
