About Christine

I'd describe my personality as kind, compassionate and easy going. I love helping others. I have a Masters in Counseling with undergrad Psychology and Sociology. I was a counselor for 5 years before I became a mom. I started caregiving when my grandma developed Alzheimer's. I took care of her for 5 years before she passed. I took care of a wonderful man with Alzheimer's for about a year as well as my father in law.. Most recently I was a caregiver to a lovely woman who was bedridden due to a stroke before she passed. I was a nanny for 3 boys for over 10 years. I have been married for 34 years and have 4 amazing grown children including twins. I have a grandson who is 4 months old. I am a certified yoga instructor and can incorporate gentle yoga to help with flexibility, strength, balance, mobility and calming of the mind. I love walking outside and enjoy nature. I have excellent references. I have lived in Lake county for over 40 years-The last 25 in Lindenhurst.
