We trusted Christine with the care of our parents over the eight years that she worked for us (May 2011 thru June 2019). Christine brought a professional approach to the job. She was lead for a crew of eight care partners over a 24/7 schedule. She had an amazing touch with both of my parents and always allowed them to keep their dignity. She was upbeat, positive, patient, and caring but could also be strong when needed. She understood the nuances of Alzheimer's disease and could redirect when necessary. Other strengths included her dependability (arriving early for every shift), willing to work extra shifts, trustworthiness and was a team player with other care partners who respected and supported each other. Christine offers many skills and would be a great asset to any family needing care or employer in the caregiving.
