I am a certified Health Coach, personal trainer and fitness instructor specializing in senior wellness services. I have been in the healthcare field most of my professional life and the past 10 years in long term care. I was a non-RN Case Manager for a home health care company, administrator for assisted living and activities director for independent living. I have worked in the dementia care unit for Life Care Centers of America providing exercise and cognitive exercises. I have worked in several gyms and implemented a senior wellness program. I now enjoy working in clients' homes to promote a preventive lifestyle by providing strength/balance training, holistic cooking/meal prep, cognitive training, care management, organization to create a safe space for mobility, companionship and assistance with pet care. I am a huge advocate of helping clients age in place to improve quality of life and maintain or regain some level of independence.
