About Meghan

Specialization in multi-sensory care for clients who wish to maintain their independence and improve connection to their bodies, their environment, and their community. A client-centered collaborative approach supports mobility goals, organizational goals, and cognitive goals. Combining training as a physical therapist assistant, fall prevention specialist, and a Bachelors of Fine Arts, I offer over 10 years experience in Alzheimer's / Memory Care and post- stroke rehabilitation. Promoting wellness and assisting seniors to age gracefully and with dignity is my goal.
