As an experienced educator with a Ph. D. and MFA in creative writing, I offer a comprehensive and student-centered approach to learning. I have instructed students ranging from preschool age to university scholars and adults. As an experienced educator with a Ph. D. and MFA in creative writing from the University of Utah, I offer a student-centered approach. For decades, I have instructed students from preschool, where I spent 6. 5 years, to 13 semesters with university scholars, teaching creative and rhetorical writing. I also taught as a substitute teacher across four districts, covering all subjects and special-needs students. Furthermore, I am TESOL/TEFL certified, specializing in English as a second language instruction abroad. My background as an instructional designer allows me to create multimedia-rich lessons that transform student habits.
