About Shyann

Hi! My name is Shyann, and I have over 10 years of childcare experience caring for children of various ages, from infants to school-aged children. I am a stay-at-home mother of three, which has given me hands-on, everyday experience creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I prioritize safety while also encouraging learning, play, and positive social-emotional development. I believe in supporting each child's individual needs through patience, consistency, and age-appropriate activities. I am currently attending college on Tuesdays and Thursdays, continuing my education while balancing family life. Outside of class hours, I am dependable, organized, and fully present when caring for children. I understand the importance of routines, communication with parents, and creating a trusting relationship with both children and families.
