About Tamara

-Dependable -Strong communicator -Reliable judgement We cannot thank Tamara enough for the excellent care she provided for our children over four years. Tamara was a full-time caregiver for my daughter (7 years old when Tamara started) and son (10 years old when Tamara started). My son has special needs, including complex medical needs. Her responsibilities with my son were extensive and required a high level of skill, attentiveness, and judgment. Tamara regularly responded to seizures, including administering emergency rescue medications and home oxygen. She assisted with diapering, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene needs. She also supported his mobility challenges and coordinated directly with physical therapists and durable medical equipment providers on my behalf. In addition to these complex caregiving duties, Tamara managed many aspects of our household routine. She safely transported the children to and from school, prepared meals, and oversaw homework. During school breaks, she thoughtfully organized enrichment activities such as visits to the museum, trips to the park, and art projects at home. She also handled laundry, dishes, organization of play spaces, and more extensive cleaning when time allowed. What truly sets Tamara apart is her trustworthiness and reliability. I never worried when leaving my children in her care, as I knew she would keep them safe and respond appropriately in any situation. She is a practical problem-solver who demonstrated remarkable flexibility in a demanding caregiving environment. Tamara showed genuine warmth and affection for my children. She is also an excellent communicator. I trusted her to interact confidently and appropriately with doctors’ offices, school staff, therapists, and other professionals, and I greatly appreciated the way she represented our family. Tamara possesses all the qualities that make an outstanding caregiver and I highly recommend her.
