I took care of both my Grandmother she didn't drive so I took her places; and my Great Grandmother, I was her companion. We did everything together. I took her to the mall just to people watch, to the park to get fresh air and swing, we would go grocery shopping, we'd sit on the porch. It was seeing her smile. She died when she was 99, back in 2016. After that, I got my HHA certification and worked at Precision Care, had a lot of different cases for two years. I also worked in private cases; from people referring me to others. From there, I left and I worked as a supervisor at a group home for disabled adults for 11 years.
