While I don't have formal childcare experience in a professional setting, I have extensive hands-on experience raising my four children. Through that, I've developed strong skills in patience, communication, and managing multiple responsibilities at once. I'm very comfortable with creating routines, handling challenging behaviors calmly, ensuring safety, and supporting children's emotional and developmental needs. I've also learned how to stay organized, problem-solve quickly, and adapt to different personalities and situations. I take caregiving seriously and understand the importance of trust, consistency, and creating a safe, positive environment for children. I'm eager to bring those same skills into a professional setting and continue learning and growing in this field.
