About Bailee

I have around 20 years of experience working with children in many different settings. I've worked with newborns through high school students, although most of my experience is with babies through elementary-aged kids. I love spending time outside and have a lot of experience with nature education. I speak Spanish and have taught it to children; I'm good at teaching in general and also love playing, dancing and exploring mutual interests. I enjoy conversation with kids who talk and non-verbal presencing with kids who don't. I started babysitting when I was 12 and have nannied with multiple families over the years. I love building close personal relationships with the children that I work with, which is why nannying is one of my favorite jobs that I've had. I'm happy to help with homework, housekeeping, and meal prep, and would be delighted to meet and get to know your family.
