About Christina

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, smart, and entertaining! I love working with kids because they help me become a better teacher, and I can learn from them. I love helping out and teaching. I babysat 4 boys in my neighborhood everyday after school, and nannied in college. I learned so much from them. It started my love for teaching. I was able to tutor them and watch them get better at math, and reading as well. In my spare time, I like to hike, and read. I like to have meaningful connection with others. Currently i'm tutoring for the LSAT, and helping out in a community school for the children with learning disabilities:) One thing you should know about me is that I take a lot of care with the parents wants for the children. My skills include tutoring, keeping the children interested including not using my phone around them, and helping regulate their moods if they fight with siblings or don't want to do things, and keeping them on task when needed.
