About Christie

I have experience with children of all ages, including infants. I graduated May 2011 from Elizabethtown College with a BA in Communications and Child Psychology. I taught preschool for many years and have been a long-term nanny for even longer. I started teaching in 2010 to pay for my education and because I absolutely adore children. I have two of my own, a 7yo daughter and an almost-3yo son who join me for work. It has always been a priority to utilize my teaching experience and college education by providing much more nurturing and educational engagement as a nanny than would a typical babysitter.

Christie has been an absolute godsend for my family! I cannot imagine a more capable, caring, or creative caretaker for kids. We were so lucky to find her! She created such a safe, loving, fun, and engaging environment for my two children, ages 4 and 9. I remember receiving all of these photos of their daily activities and thinking, why didn’t I think of that!? Brilliant. My kids spent many summer days with Christie while I worked, and they enjoyed their time with her so much they started asking if they could also go see Christie at her home on the weekends! I simply cannot overstate what a joy she has been to have in our lives. As a working single mom, I am forever grateful. She has my highest recommendation.
