About Kaitlin

Hi there! My name is Kaitlin and I am a career nanny with 10 years of childcare experience. (Including 8 years as a professional in-home nanny, specializing in live-in care, house management, overnight care, and travel assistance.) I am currently caring for a 1yo boy who I have been with since April. To provide him with a built in playmate and increase his socialization, my current family and I are looking to form a nanny share with one additional local family. My current family and I are located in the York County area and they would be open to hosting the share in their home or in your family's home! I believe strongly in active learning and socialization. A big part of our routine involves getting out of the house to explore local parks, libraries, play spaces and community activities.
