For over 15 years, I've dedicated my career to providing compassionate care to seniors. Most recently I was the Social Services Director of a memory care in a skilled nursing facility. My college degree complements my hands-on experience in a skilled nursing environment, home health, personal care, and dementia support. I have had extensive training and certifications in dementia care. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with patience. Building trust is paramount in my relationships with care recipients. I communicate with families using their preferred method, keeping them informed and involved. My calm, detail-oriented approach ensures a safe and comfortable environment.
