I'd describe my personality as compassionate, driven, and kind. I like working with kids because it's extremely rewarding and exciting to be able to not only witness huge growth and milestones, but be a guide to them in those moments. I'm looking for a job that provides both stability and flexibility, and a safe, healthy work environment that allows me to perform my best with the kids. I started working with kids when I was around 15. I had done a little bit of babysitting with my own baby sister before, but around that age I began babysitting for a few different families. In my spare time, I enjoy reading books, writing stories and songs, shopping, and playing with my little sister. One thing you should know about me is I strive to be the best for you and your children! I will happily take any constructive criticism, listen to your desires and needs, and adjust accordingly.
