I'd describe my personality as patient, loving, and silly. I like working with kids because I love seeing them grow and feel pride in themselves when they accomplish something, big and small! I'm looking for a job that the children, parents, and I can all work together to make the days smooth and fun! I am big on communication and positive behavior reinforcement! I started working with kids when I was 16 years old! I started as a babysitter for families in my neighborhood. Now at 24, I have many years of experience working with large groups of kids, as well as one on one nannying positions. In my spare time, I like to draw, paint, craft, crochet, and swim! One thing you should know about me is I have a very loving personality and am looking forward to working with you and your kiddos! My skills include pediatric First Aid/CPR, positive behavior guidance, clear communication with both kids and parents, patience, and active listening.
