Chloe is an amazing caretaker for our two kids and two kids from another family (we combined households at the beginning of the pandemic). She worked for us for a little more than two years. She helped us transition to online school. She also is very proactive, creating (flexible) schedules for the kids and offering different activity suggestions. She's a strong communicator with the kids (helps them with their feelings and conflict) and parents. Chloe incorporates feedback well. It is quite amazing how she can handle four kids in different settings (at home, during online school, or at the library). She's very kind, thoughtful, and overall great person. Anyone who hires her will be very lucky!
