I am leaving two jobs in early education that I love in order to re-locate to New York in October. I am looking for part-time or full- time work as a Nanny. I'm a 29-year-old preschool teacher with five years experience at HAB Preschool in the Bay area. I have also worked for two years in the playroom at Children's Hospital where I facilitated playgroups for children 1-10 years old, and played with patients at bed side. I was also Nanny to a 2-year-old boy for one and a half years prior to teaching, and I have experience working with special needs children in both an after-school art program and a weekend "camp" promoting recreational activities for physically impaired children. I lived abroad for five months and volunteered at a Children's Hospital where I helped care for infants and toddlers. I love working in early childhood education, and enjoy coming up with activities that support healthy emotional and developmental growth. I take pride in being extremely dependable and punctual, and am very responsible. I love being outdoors, am creative (love music, visual and performing arts) fun- loving and kind.
