Bringing joy and comfort to seniors is my calling. For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to supporting adults and seniors, driven by a genuine desire to enhance their well-being and independence. My approach is rooted in compassion and empathy, and I strive to be both friendly and professional in every interaction. I understand the importance of clear communication, providing written daily reports and always following the family's preferred method. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience. I am trained in First Aid and can assist with errands and shopping. Respecting independence is paramount when connecting with those in my care. I have some college education. Knowing I can make a positive difference in someone's day makes this work so rewarding.
