I provided full-time care for my mother for four years while she lived with dementia, gaining hands-on experience in memory care, patience, and emotional support. I currently work as a case manager supporting over 40 adults with disabilities. My responsibilities include creating support plans, managing budgets, coordinating services, conducting face-to-face visits, and ensuring clients' needs are met. I also have a background in education as a teacher, substitute teacher, and paraprofessional. I am reliable, empathetic, and dedicated to providing respectful, person-centered care.
