About Cheryl

I've basically lived in a zoo since I was a child, ha! My family always had a variety of animals, including dogs and cats. I'm new to Wag, but have much love for animals! I'm a doctoral graduate student, but on summer break. My availability is pretty open, and I'm always happy to spend time with fur babies! My own dogs are completely spoiled! They're family members and treated as such. Plenty of loving, belly rubs, and I am a proud professional ear scritcher! They sleep indoors (usually on top of me in some way). I walk them daily, but it's usually more like they walk me, ha! Also, my youngest has separation anxiety, and my older dog is completely terrified of loud noises (fireworks, cars backfiring, etc.), so I'm also very patient with animals that need a little bit of extra love and care.
