About Darla

Hi, my name is Darla. I'm definitely an animal lover. Dogs are on the top of my list for being my favorite animal. I've owned pets my whole life. Specifically Yorkshire Terriers. I have owned up to six dogs at one time. I do all the regular duties for them, give food, fresh water, daily walks, and clean up after their poo. I also give them weekly baths and brush their teeth. When needed I cut their hair. I used to be a hairdresser so I know the basics of grooming. I have also about 3 years ago taken in a stray cat, and feed the stray cats outside as well. They are completely different than having a dog as their trust has to be earned. Although, some can be friendly right away, but its not always the case.
