About Cheryl

Cheryl was wonderful to work with. She began helping my wife and me after I was diagnosed with early Alzheimer's. Our doctor recommended an all-plant-based diet to help counter the disease, and Cheryl—who was already following this diet—stepped in right away. She prepared and delivered delicious, healthy meals from her home that would last us several days, then brought more as needed. After several weeks of enjoying her wonderful food, I was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and prescribed a new medication with a very restrictive diet to minimize side effects. Once again, Cheryl stepped up—she learned what foods I needed to avoid and thoughtfully adapted our meals. I am forever grateful for her care, flexibility, and support.
