I love working with little ones! I graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in child development and education and am a certified elementary teacher. I'm fluent in ASL and encourage baby signing! I love playing outside, doing crafts, science projects and everyday learning. I miss "girls nights" with my favorite 5-year-old! We did our nails, make lip gloss, color skeleton worksheet (she wants to be a vet) and have a blast dancing around the house. I also miss spending my days blowing bubbles and rolling around on the floor with my favorite little guy. We are always learned new things together through sensory play. I do my best to be balanced. Professional and organized for parents and fun-loving and energetic with my kiddos!

Cherrie cared for our 3 children (infant, preschooler, and kindergartner) for over a year. She became like part of our family and we will miss her sorely. I made the decision to stay home full-time or she would still be with us. Cherrie is hardworking, dependable, patient, warm, and creative. She is constantly coming up with new ways to keep the children excited and engaged while incorporating learning opportunities. They enjoyed baking, painting, going for walks, sewing, doing crafts, painting nails, learning sign language, singing, and the list goes on. The next family who has the opportunity to work with Cherrie will be very lucky.
