For the past 10 years, I've been dedicated to helping elementary students thrive. With a graduate degree and as a certified teacher, I create engaging and patient learning environments where students can reach their full potential. I actively listen and observe to adapt my teaching methods, using visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions to meet each student's unique needs. I celebrate small successes and break down complex problems to build momentum. I am experienced with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504). Communication is key, so I provide regular updates to keep parents informed. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and growing confidence is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I'm available to tutor at your home, the library, a community center, or a coffee shop. I can help with Math, English, Science, Special Education, and Study Skills. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to helping your child succeed!
