I have personal caregiving experience supporting both my grandmother and my parents. Since 2020, I have assisted with companionship, transportation, appointments, household support, and helping seniors maintain their independence. I lead with compassion and strive to create a calm, positive environment where people feel heard, respected, and supported. I would describe myself as calm, patient, and dependable. My skills include medication reminders and support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and emotional support. My social work background has helped me understand the emotional impact that life transitions can have. I enjoy supporting seniors in ways that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life while helping them stay active and engaged. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, self-care activities, spending time with family and friends, and trying new things.
