I have 4 years of healthcare experience as a CNA and in home health, and I am dedicated to providing safe, respectful, and dependable care. I enjoy building meaningful relationships with seniors while providing companionship and emotional support to improve their morale and quality of life. My skills include assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility, safety, and establishing strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members. I am compassionate, reliable, flexible, and willing to adapt to each person's individual needs. I am also a soon-to-be nursing graduate, and my education has strengthened my knowledge of patient care, safety, communication, and recognizing changes in a patient's condition.
