About Chelsea

Hello! My name is Chelsea and I just arrived to Milwaukee from Germany where I spent the last 3 years. We are a military family and just relocated to the Bayview neighborhood with my wife and almost 8-year-old son. I am spending the summer with my son and will be looking for a position when he begins school in the fall. I have 10 years of full time nanny experience and many more years of child care experience. I am a licensed paramedic and have previously worked in a level 1 pediatric ER. I have wonderful relationships with all of my previous nanny families and can provide numerous references. Most of my experience is with newborn to 3 but open to any age. My personality is patient, calm, and friendly. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and always communicate using their preferred method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I believe in nurturing each child's unique potential and would love to discuss how I can become a valuable part of your family.
